The OLEAN AREA INDUSTRIAL MANAGEMENT COUNCIL is committed to developing
leadership at the community level. An affiliate of the Olean YMCA, our organizational structure fosters joint decision-making, teamwork and service to others. By participating as an officer, committee chair or committee member, IMC members gain practical experience and develop skills that can be translated to all aspects of their personal and professional lives.
